Power Plants
With the emergence of new renewable energy sources, electricity generation from coal has decreased. However, coal-fired power plants have become predominant energy sources worldwide. Existing facilities face extensive needs for modernizing old equipment and reinforcing them with industrial fans to ensure high and efficient performance, enabling them to have beneficial effects in the aforementioned industry. Additionally, coal-fired power plants require continuous maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for existing fans to function properly.
Boiler systems in thermal power plants utilize various types of centrifugal fans to supply the required air for combustion, deliver fuel to burners, circulate gases for better heat transfer, and remove exhaust gases. Depending on the size of the boiler and the airflow requirements, various types of fans with diverse capabilities are used.
