Model FA-D
Axial Duct type-Fans
Performance Characteristics
- In these systems, the impeller is directly connected to the motor.
- The impeller design of these fan types is airfoil-shaped and unidirectional (Uni-directional airfoil).
- The airflow capacity ranges from 1200 to approximately 360,000 cubic meters per hour.
- The static pressure is up to approximately 2500 pascals.
- The fan impeller diameter ranges from 310 to 1600 millimeters.
- Various accessories such as bird screens, base frames, and different types of dampers can be installed on these air handlers.
- These fans are primarily designed and manufactured for the purpose of air and polluted gas transfer through ducts.
- The vibration balance of these fans complies with ISO standard DIN ISO 1940-1 grade G 6.3 <4 mm/s.
Special Design Methods
- In environments with high corrosion and acidity, materials such as stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316 are used for the body and impeller of the fans (stainless-steel Fans).
- In the presence of flammable gases and dust in the environment where the fan is located, to prevent sparks and explosions, the fan is completely isolated from the surrounding environment. Additionally, a layer of copper insulation or composite is used at the potential collision point between the two-metal impeller and fan body (Explosion & Spark proof Fans).
- In the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, axial fans are designed and manufactured according to international standards such as API and IPS-E-PR-755(1).
- In heat-resistant and parking ventilation systems, these fans are designed and manufactured in F200, F300, and F400 groups to discharge smoke caused by fire.
- Based on client requests and specific conditions, fan impellers can be designed and manufactured symmetrically and bidirectionally (Symmetrical and Bi-directional blades).
